How to run a Round Robins tournament
-
Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of the session.
-
Participants should present their name tag to the coordinator.
-
Non-members must use a “guest” tag, which are available in the chalet, and pay $10.00 before being permitted to play.
-
The matches are arranged using the board system, with a queue line. As such, matches are mostly according to skill level of all players present with the aim of having the games as fair as possible.
Format of play
-
Each match is 30 minutes in duration.
-
There will be “no advantage” scoring: if a game goes to Deuce, the next point wins the game. The receiving team chooses who is to receive the serve.

It is important to note that the coordinator is responsible to make sure everyone uses the board system and participants are expected to play matches to which they have been assigned.
